Who we are
ByteDepth ("we", "us") sells digital products and setup services for AI search visibility — a downloadable playbook, a video course, and a done-for-you website setup. Legal entity: [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], [CITY, STATE], India. GSTIN: [YOUR GSTIN, if registered].
What you are buying
Each plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is auto-charged. The playbook and course are licensed to you personally for your own business; you may not resell, republish or redistribute them. The done-for-you setup delivers files and configuration onto your own website, which you own outright.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue or any specific outcome. Search engines and AI assistants change their systems without notice and nobody controls what they cite. We promise the work described in your plan, done properly and on time — not a result that is not ours to give.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for having the right to modify the website you ask us to work on, and for keeping your own backups. For done-for-you work we may need editor access to your site or CMS; you can revoke it at any time.
Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are charged once. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. A GST invoice is available on request to support@bytedepth.in.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [YOUR CITY].
