What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and website URL when you buy or enquire; the details you submit in the done-for-you project brief; and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type. If you consent to advertising cookies, Meta Pixel may also record that you visited or purchased.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought, give you access to your dashboard, provide support, send you service-related email about your order, and issue invoices. If you gave us your email at the pricing box without buying, we may email you about that product — every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Payment data
We never receive or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that make the product work: our hosting and database provider, Razorpay for payments, and email delivery. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Everything else we delete on request.
Your rights
Email support@bytedepth.in to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to your dashboard — this one is essential and cannot be turned off while you are logged in. Advertising cookies only load if a Meta Pixel ID is configured, and you can block them in your browser.
