Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products (₹299 and ₹899)
If we place zero citations for your website within 7 days of your purchase, email us from the address you paid with and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Because the playbook and course are delivered instantly and in full, we cannot offer refunds after that window simply because you changed your mind.
Done-for-you setup (₹3,000)
You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin the build. Once the build has started, you may cancel for a 50% refund up until the "ready for review" stage. After delivery — meaning the setup is live on your website — the sale is final, because the work is already yours and cannot be taken back.
How to request
Email support@bytedepth.in from the email address you paid with, with your Order ID. We reply within 2 working days.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach you in 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
Duplicate or failed payments
If money was deducted but your order did not complete, mail us the payment ID — we refund duplicate charges immediately and in full.
